Dr. Jan Engelen is lecturer at Tilburg School of Humanities and Digital Sciences. He is interested in the cognitive processes and mechanisms that contribute to reading comprehension and in how these differ across and, over time, within individuals. He also focuses on the question of how reading comprehension may be facilitated, for instance by text design, pictorial illustrations, or teaching of specific reading strategies.
Emmanuel Keuleers is Associate Professor at Tilburg School of Humanities and Digital Sciences. His research is situated at the intersection of natural language processing, machine learning, theoretical linguistics, and psychology.
